Introducing our Entrepreneur-in-Residence Program!
We are excited to announce our Entrepreneur-in-Residence Program at School of Food!
The SOF EIR Program provides emerging entrepreneurs with a highly discounted industrial kitchen and demo space to make their products.
- The Entrepreneur-in-Residence will receive full access to our teaching kitchen, fully equipped with brand new state of the art cooking equipment. (Limited storage space.)
- Hours will occur Sunday to Friday from 5:30 am – 4:30 pm at the discounted rate of $25/hour.
- As per Baltimore City Health Department requirements, entrepreneurs must meet permit criteria: Food Service Manager’s Certificate, Menu and HACCP, plus a check or money order for your applicable food permit. We will provide you with documentation for the other criteria.
We are currently accepting rolling applications, with leases starting as early as May 2018. Based on interest and hours, we may be able to accept more than one entrepreneur to use the space.
